REGISTRATION FORM

This will be for initial registration, including student information, and groups of 4 per team.

This will be needed to complete after you have filled out the Google Form. Link to pay will be sent to you after you have completed your registration form. You will have to get 1 ticket per team($40). As a general admission, you will need to get 1 tick per person($10).
